Refund Policy

Cerno AI ("Cerno", "we", "us") offers a money-back guarantee on your subscription. If you are not satisfied with your Cerno AI subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This applies to your first paid billing period after the free trial.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also contact us at support@cerno.email and we will help you file the refund with Paddle.

The money-back guarantee covers change-of-mind refunds on your most recent monthly charge, within 30 days of that charge. Free trials are not charged and therefore do not require a refund — cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Refunds beyond the 30-day window are handled at Paddle's discretion under Paddle's Refund Policy.

Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
